Things That Make You Go “Tweet”

Many of you know what Twitter is, and many of you are probably “addicted” to tweeting. However, did you now that there are tons of different plugins and websites that provide more than just where and when you tweet, but the how and the what you tweet?

Below, are some nice ways to the where, when, how, and what to Twittering.

Twiddeo – Sign in with your Twitter name and password, and here you can record video from the web, your webcam, or from your cameraphone. Upload video in MPG, AVI, or MWV formats at max filesize of 100MB.

Bubble Tweet – Here is another way to say hello to your Twitter peeps. Select a webcam or video recording. Your viewers will see a video bubble with recording that pops out at the screen.

Twitter Search – Real time results on Twitter for whatever keywords or topics that you are searching for just for Twitter.

TweetDeck – This is a free program for your desktop that can keep you up to date with tweets from the people that you follow, post your own tweets from the tweet browser, and more. You can also share with Facebook and more.

WeFollow – This place is a Twitter directory and search website. Search for people who Twitter like celebrities, tv, music, politics, etc. You can even add yourself to their directory to boost your popularity on Twitter a bit.

twhirl - This is a free social software client that uses Adobe Air. It connects to accounts like Twitter, FriendFeed, lanoc.ca, or Seesmic. It can run on Windows2000, WindowsXP, Vista, and Mac OSX.  Check out the website to see all it’s features.

TwitPic – Sign in with your Twitter name and password. Upload a picture and automatically have it posted to Twitter to show to your Friends and followers.

LogPost – This is basically a Twitter client that is for your mobile phone. So you can use Twitter form anywhere!

TwittEarth – View Live Twits from all over the worth. It’s kind of like GoogleEarth but for Twitter.

TwittyTunes – An application plugin used with the popular FireFox browser . It lets you post a song that you are currently playing, post websites you are viewing, and videos that you are watching.

TwitterFox – This is another extension for your FireFox browser, that notifies you of your Friends tweets and also has a small text field where you can post your own tweets.

Yoono - This is one of my favorite ones thus far. If you are a social fiend, then you might like this all well. Post and receive notifications from Twitter, FriendFeed, MySpace, Flickr, AIM, GoogleTalk, MSN, and Yahoo!

TwitterVision – Real time line map of people Twittering from all over the world.

Twitter PollDaddy – Create a poll without having to create an account. Send it to your Twitter followere/friends in a matter of seconds.

Twitabit – If  the Twitter website is down for some reason, here is an easy way to post your tweets that always stays up.

Twitbin – Here is an application for Firefox browser that you can post your tweets, get notifications of your direct messages, share links, and more.
